FUTURE WARS - 2. Russian Civil War?

I wanted to paint the Copplestone Neo Soviets for such a long time. I thought about a setting in near-future-russia. Some Neo-Soviets, Monarchists, Orthodox Christian militia and foreign mercenaries (probably hired by a mighty gas-company?)
My first two are from the Neo-Kornilov Armoured Regiment. I´ll paint a 10-man unit over eastern and will then watch out for a transport vehicle (may be from Old Crow). I also got a AT-43 Mech which fits very well with my Russians.

Firestorm Armada: Dindrenzi Claymore Class Carrier

A friend of mine buyed all four fleets for Spartan Games Firestorm Armada . He forced me to decide me for a fleet, and I chose the Dindrenzi. I decided to give em a "Star Wars - grey" look with Kornilov Markings in red-black. It was a quick n´dirty paintjob, grey primer, inked with VMC Smoke and black ink, highlightd with Bleached Bone and some drybrushing with brown and black.

Birch Trees "Indian Summer" style

Finished these trees today, some more will follow. Trunks are from LEMAX and foliage is Mininatur "Spätherbst" (Late autumn) 1/45+
I added a pic of train personal and anarchist, painted them for the TACTICA-and forgott them at my home.

Red Cavalry

My Cavalry so far. I didn´t manage to paint ten, TACTICA is on the weekend- but a friend borrows me some of his, so no Problem!

Birch tree

I build some birch trees. This is very "russian" to my eye, and I can use it for FIW and SCW too! I´ll add some more when I get more foliage.
